GFC: how are you doing?
ME: Good, I am tired, but that's ok b/c I started drivers ed yesterday!
GFC: uh oh
Me: ah!
GFC: have the police been warned?
Me: ha ha ha. So very funny
Me: I don't get to drive for @ least six weeks, and then I have to have 6 hours of driving time and THEN I shall get my permit...so you have a while without me on the road!
GFC: well, that's a relief
Me: yes, I'm sure it is.
GFC: how old are you now?
GFC : 16?
Me: in August
GFC: ahh
GFC : getting old
Me : oh yes. Very. My knee's been giving me this trouble when I walk....
GFC: hmm
Me: What?
GFC: falling apart i see
GFC: that's what happens
Me: Yes, it's awful!
GFC : sorry to hear all that
GFC: hopefully you won't fall totally apart before you reach 20
ME: Who knows? Getting hit with soccer balls sure takes the life out of you!
